Privacy Policy

Social AI ("we") is a tool that helps businesses create, schedule and publish content to their own social media accounts and manage comments on those posts.

Data we collect

Your name, email and password (hashed). When you connect Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or TikTok, we store the access tokens those platforms issue, your page/channel/account IDs and names, and public engagement data (comments, likes, views, followers) for content published through Social AI.

How we use it

Only to provide the service you ask for: publishing your approved posts, reading comments on them, drafting replies, and showing analytics. Text such as post topics and comments is sent to Google Gemini to generate content and reply suggestions. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Storage & security

Tokens are encrypted at rest. Data is kept while your account is active and removed when you disconnect an account or delete your data.

Your rights

You can disconnect any account at any time from the Accounts page, or request full deletion as described on the Data Deletion page.
